Adam: Online Piano Teacher
Our online piano teacher Adam offers classical piano lessons for ages 12 and above, from intermediate to advanced. This piano teacher has a Post Graduate Diploma in Music Therapy and a strong understanding of piano technique and musical style. Adam has been teaching piano lessons since 2006. In his musical career, this pianist has played piano as a performer, student, accompanist, and Music Therapist. As an accompanist, he has played for soloists at university, two ballet schools, musicals, and for other instrumentalists. He also formed a piano trio, where he performs classical piano. In addition to being classically trained, Adam also underwent two years of post-graduate study in Music Therapy, and has an in depth understanding of improvisation techniques as well as using music for personal expression. His approach to teaching is eclectic, and he enjoys using non-traditional ways of teaching piano. He will also help students to develop touch control, fine motor control, arm weight, and other helpful skills. He is keen to help students gain a solid piano technique for them to be able to better express their musical ideas.
