Dmitrii: Online Piano Teacher
Our online piano teacher, Dmitrii, offers classical and pop/rock piano lessons for ages 12 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has a Master of Music degree and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. Dmitrii has been teaching piano lessons since 2014. This piano teacher performs regularly with the Russian National Orchestra, and has given a two-piano recital in the Great Hall of the Moscow State Conservatory. Other performances have included those at the House of Music in Moscow, the Concert Hall of Mariinsky Theatre in St. Petersburg, and major halls in the UK, France, Austria, Estonia, Italy, Poland, and Belgium. This piano teacher has won first prize in many international piano competitions, and as a winner of the RCM Concerto competition he performed with the RCM Symphony Orchestra. He also frequently plays chamber music in concerts, weddings, and other events with violin, cello, flute, and more. As a piano teacher he has worked successfully with young pupils, preparing them to go on to professional music school, as well as with students up to 60 years of age at a variety of levels. This piano teacher chooses elements from several different systems of musical instruction to find an individual way for every student. To engage young people, he loves to create games and competitions, as well as letting them become his professors and listen for the mistakes which he makes for their ears. He tries to mix up theory with practice because theory is very important but without practice it's nothing. He often has students begin with their favorite music at the first meeting, to keep joy and fun paramount in the lessons.
